[周刊王CTWANT] 受低壓帶影響,全台降雨有感,其中南高屏、北台灣地區都在降雨熱區。對此,中央氣象署表示,第19號熱帶性低氣壓(TD19)將減弱併入大低壓帶,本周仍受大低壓帶影響,天氣不穩定、水氣多,23日早桃園以北、宜蘭地區不排除有豪雨等級降雨,北部、東半部地區23日則要嚴防局部大雨或豪雨,預估到24日後低壓帶才會逐漸遠離台灣,到時雨勢才會減弱,天氣好轉。

據氣象署官網,22日截至下午7時30分,累積雨量最多為新北市三貂嶺,累積299毫米,其次為新北市平溪,累積雨量288毫米,第三則是新北市五分山250毫米,新北市大粗坑、屏東縣口社則排4、5名。

氣象署表示,目前南台灣受低壓帶邊緣強風帶來的水氣影響,至於北台灣22日午後下起豪雨,是因為受到低壓帶所帶來的熱氣流與北邊東北風有交互作用。22日一早至晚間8時,北海岸、桃園以北、南部、金馬地區都降下豪雨,且不時有陣雨、雷雨,短延時強降雨。

到了22日晚間8時到23日早上8時,雨勢雖不會停,但會逐漸緩和,南部、金馬地區則持續降雨,北部地區北海岸、山區降雨較多,23至24日清晨,台灣仍在低壓帶影響範圍內,西半仍有雨,桃園以北、宜蘭、花蓮地區有午後雷陣雨。

氣象署預計,低壓帶帶來的水氣將持續影響至24日清晨,24日白天天氣好轉,各地多雲到晴、午後短暫雷震雨,25日的天氣則與24日類似,但北部、東半部水氣稍增,會稍微降雨,溫度方面,預估10月中、下旬才會有涼意。
